Virtual Presentations

PRESENTATIONS OFFERED AS A VIRTUAL PROGRAM

These are unprecedented times, but I am pleased to report that I can present any of my programs virtually. My office studio is equipped with appropriate high-quality equipment to make presentations and I can broadcast either using a professionally-created backdrop or a virtual background.  I have achieved Certified Virtual Presenter status by eSpeakers.

Since virtual presentations do not require any travel they can be much more cost effective than in-person events. As a consequence, I offer significant discounts in my speaking fee for webinars. I  have a commercial Zoom account that can host up to 500 participants.  Alternatively, I would of course be happy to utilize your own presentation platform.

Examples include an in-depth review of security issues related to the health care, retail and manufacturing industries as well as the financial sector and complex issues such as botnets. honeypots and sinkholes.

AGING, HEALTHY LIVING AND LIFE EXTENSION

This program presents a comprehensive view of all aspects of biological aging, ranging from theories that explain why aging occurs, to recommendations for healthy living and to how life might be extended beyond what is considered to be the normal lifespan.

We provide a detailed discussion of nutrition including various diets such as the Mediterranean Diet, MIND Diet and Paleo diet. There is also a review of dietary oils, vitamin supplements, alcohol, spices and herbs, the benefits of coffee and cacao, and the effects of aspirin and low vitamin D. Within the area of life extension, attention is paid to caloric restriction, intermittent fasting techniques, exercise, and the effects of infusing young blood into older organisms.

This program is suitable for all groups that wish to maintain their health while aging and we will tailor the emphasis to the needs of your group.

Summary of this program:

Climate change and global warming are no longer distant threats or abstract concepts, but are real and happening here and now, with devastating consequences on our planet and our lives. The increasing global temperatures are leading to extreme weather patterns, including hurricanes, droughts, wildfires, and floods, which are causing immense destruction to our ecosystems, homes, and livelihoods. In addition, the melting of polar ice caps is leading to the rise of sea levels, which is threatening the existence of low-lying areas and islands. These effects are not just environmental, but they also pose significant economic and social challenges. Moreover, climate change is leading to the loss of biodiversity, disrupting our food systems, and worsening air and water quality. These consequences are not just limited to future generations, but are affecting us now, and they require our immediate attention and action.

This presentation will provide insights into the impacts of climate change and global warming, which are becoming increasingly dire as time passes. However, it's not all doom and gloom. There is still time to mitigate the worst impacts of climate change and global warming, but the entire world needs to act rapidly and work together to adapt to changing climate conditions, and to create a more sustainable future. Some solutions include reducing our carbon footprint and promoting sustainable lifestyles, supporting policies and technologies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, promoting renewable energy sources, investing in research and development and encouraging a circular economy.
